get out there, get fit, and save money on buying weights...truly weight-free!

Get out there! As a Carolina country boy, I love getting out and getting dirty. it's how I exercise, really...but this book gives me lots of ideas to get my friends out. they're all desk boys...god bless them but they are out of shape...not that i have nothing to improve upon...i've lost weight but I remember the way I looked when I joined the Army... I want to be that fit again.

What A great book! It was so much more than I expected for the price! Nice photos of the exercises and a daily exercise plan for those who need the structure! I was also pleased that the author suggests the use of a LCHF Ketogenic way of eating and describes that eating plan in this book. This exercise plan could be used at work and even on the road! Excellent!

Mirsad's book is an excellent resource for health
enthusiasts everywhere. The program emphasizes
a total approach which includes knowing your
baseline measurements, eating a healthful diet
and exercising regularly.

The physical baseline numbers include weight,
waistline and BMI. The optimal diet includes
green veggies, fruits, high protein, seeds, nuts
and water. Protein sources include fish,eggs
and meats like turkey. Dairy should consist of modest
portions of yogurt, kefir or cottage cheese.

Mirsad recommends a robust home program of
exercise including things like yoga, cycling or
warrior stretch exercises. Overall, the program
is an ambitious one but very doable for the
person who is serious about lifetime health
and wellness issues.
