Buyer beware. This is an excellent, probably the most complete, textbook of general thoracic. However, buyers should be aware of the fact that despite the advertising and title there is no on line version available at the Elsevier Expert Consult web site. I attempted to redeem my code and it was rejected. I contacted their customer service/technical assistance and was told that they no longer support this book. This is particularly irksome since only the Key References are available at the end of each chapter. The references in the body of each chapter are only available "online" which is actually not available. therefore a substantial part of the benefit of owning the book is absent.

Great Insight

This is a thoughtful and funny book that anyone in business can learn from. It is always good to see things from different and new points of view. Jeff Angus proves that baseball provides us useful insights into our everyday management challenges. All of us who have spent sunny afternoons at the park can relate to this approach.
